Utilizing our vast resources and only the highest quality process servers allows us to serve your needs and provide you with complete confidence in your choice of AccuSearch as your Process Serving partner.
AccuSearch uses only licensed Process Servers to fulfill all your service needs. Our Arizona Private Investigator license enables us access to the most current information available and our background investigation skills allow us to quickly locate and complete your request. We are a

firm and can provide statewide service.
We can receive your documents electronically - either through e-mail, fax transmission, or upload to our secure site. Many of our serves are completed within 24-48 hours. All serves are attempted the same day they are received provided they are received by 11 am. Rush service is available in many cases. While we cannot guarantee successful service of your papers, we will make every reasonable effort to do so and will advise you of any difficulties we encounter, as well as alternative solutions.
We notify you via e-mail upon the successful service of process. We will also notify via e-mail upon transmission of the certificate to the court and you will receive a true and original signature of the certificate of service (the same document which is sent to the court).
Our fees include up to three (3) attempts to serve. These three attempts will be on different days and/or different times of day. Most addresses are determined to be accurate within the first two attempts. AccuSearch's outstanding customer service and competitive pricing allows you to be confident with your selection of AccuSearch as your process server. Volume pricing is available for larger accounts. Payment in advance is required for all serves. All major credit cards are accepted.

Maricopa County

The minimum cost of service for serves within 20 miles of our corporate office is $75.00. (This represents a discount of $13.00!). For Maricopa County serves in excess of this mileage, the fee is $24.00, plus $16.00 per service attempt and a one time charge of $2.40 per one way miles. The mileage is charged only on the first attempt, all other serves include free mileage.
Pinal
County
The minimum cost of service for Pinal County is $125.00. The exact cost will be determined using the statutory rates of $24.00, plus $16.00 per service attempt and a one time charge of $2.40 per one way miles. The mileage is charged only on the first attempt, all other serves include free mileage.
